My animation TRUTH was selected for the VAST Lab Experimental Film Festival. Description: Alternative realities bypass the principles of American democracy. The word TRUTH is transformed representing that its definition can take many forms- from supporting facts based on evidence to speaking against hate. The Georgia font is the same used by The New York Times. Citizens must continue to support the freedom of the press over the rejection of logic.
TRUTH:
In the wake of President Donald J. Trump’s election, the TRUTH animation was created in the fall of 2017. From The Washington Post: “As of Aug. 5, his 928th day in office, he had made 12,019 false or misleading claims, according to the Fact Checker’s database that analyzes, categorizes and tracks every suspect statement the president has uttered.”

Venues like VAST Lab support artists and innovative practices. The festival begins at 8pm Friday September 21st and Saturday September 22nd. Don’t miss this opportunity to witness diverse and innovative works!
